Cancellations:
- Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. 
- Late cancellations may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Refund Eligibility:
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours. Refunds are issued case-by-case depending on the scope of service and situation.
